Ed is a bright young man who enjoys the outdoors and is passionate about wildlife conservation. He has a strong academic background in environmental management, having graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Science (Wildlife Management) with honours.

Ed has been involved with projects in the Department of Environment and Conservation, the Australian Wildlife Conservancy and the Botanical Gardens and Parks Authority. He has also volunteered with Native Animal Rescue, and prior to working for Terrestrial Ecosystems, was employed by the Department of Agriculture and Food as an Environmental Inspector for the Fruit Fly Monitoring Program.

Ed plans to expand his career further in the environmental field and hopes to one day run with the wolf packs in Yellowstone National Park.
